Linda McRae recorded Willie P. Bennett’s song Caney Fork River on her new album Going To The Well which came out earlier this fall. On December 15th she premiered the video she produced of the song live on Youtube. The video features over forty McRae and Bennett fans, friends and artists lip syncing lines of the song in a range of poignant and humorous contexts and situations they filmed themselves and sent to Linda to edit together. The result is a heartfelt and entertaining homage to the great canadian songwriter. Check it out!
