Welcome to the Evangeline Presents Staycation Folk Festival streaming on FACEBOOK LIVE April 10-12, 2020. The artists at Evangeline Presents(and a couple of friends) have banded together to bring fans and live music lovers everywhere a cyber folk festival on Easter Weekend. We hope you enjoy what you hear!
Tips are appreciated during this time when COVID quarantine is keeping performers at home. Artists will post their Venmo and PayPal addresses so you can tip them directly. No middle man!
TIPS FOR STREAMING THE FESTIVAL:
At the scheduled time of the set you want to watch, click the link in the schedule below and the Facebook page of the artist will open in a new window. When the artist is live the video should stream right there at the top of the page. If you don’t see it wait a second and refresh the page in your browser.
On the left side of the artists page there should be a list menu. One of the options is Video. If the person is live there will be a small red box next to the video that says live. Click on that Video button and you should find the live stream.
Evangeline Presents will share the streams to the Evangeline Presents Facebook Page once each set has started, so you can go there too if you are having trouble.
For a full experience, enlarge the video to fit the whole screen. I’ve found this helpful if you have slower internet (like me) to minimize interruptions in the stream. if you want to comment of=r find the Pay Pal and Venmo links just minimize the screen and the comments and description area will be visible again.
